HOW LONG IS THE LODGE PLUS CONTRACT?

We are so confident that the Lodge Plus website platform will benefit your lodge that we don’t lock you in to a long-term commitment. All Lodge Plus plans are paid monthly. We make it easy to start service, and stop service if you prefer at any time. There are no long-term contracts!

DO I NEED A WEB HOSTING COMPANY?

No. All Lodge Plus plans include our reliable, lightning-fast virtual private hosting. With 99.999% up time, your website loads fast for each and every visitor.

IS MY LODGE PLUS WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes. Our web experts use the latest website security protocols to protect your website from outside threats. We monitor, scan, and protect, something often missed by independent web developers.

WILL MY LODGE PLUS WEBSITE SHOW UP ON TABLETS AND PHONES?

Yes. We know that it’s important for your website to be elegantly viewed on all platforms. Our designs are fully responsive and look great all the way down to even the smallest mobile devices.

CAN I SELL PRODUCTS & SERVICES ON MY LODGE PLUS WEBSITE?

Yes, simply ask one of our support reps about easily adding a store to your website & instantly accept payments for your services and physical products. Lodge Plus is integrated with Stripe or PayPal for accepting payments directly to your bank account. You can sign up for an account with Stripe or PayPal in minutes and begin accepting payments immediately.

CAN I SWITCH THEMES?

Lodge Plus offers a website refresh every 24 months. You can select a design from our current themes, and the Lodge Plus design team will work with you to update your website.

DO YOU OFFER EMAIL ACCOUNTS?

Yes. We offer up to 5 email accounts with your Lodge Plus domain name. More email accounts can be added to your account upon request. For extended functionality you can also purchase email accounts via Google Apps for Business for your Lodge Plus domain. This also includes Google Calendar, Docs, Drive, and more.

DO YOU SELL DOMAINS?

We encourage our members to retain ownership of their own domain name. A domain name is intellectual property which each business owner should maintain. We can assist you with purchasing a domain name through a reputable registrar like GoDaddy, and we’ll work with you to point to your domain name to Lodge Plus for hosting your new website.

CAN YOU UPDATE MY WEBSITE ON A REGULAR BASIS?

With the Lodge Plus “Unlimited Updates” add-on you can rest easy knowing our talented design team is hard at work updating your website for you. This includes the following ongoing updates to your website: Image uploads, Video uploads, Gallery uploads, Text updates, and more. If you’re looking to add new content to your website on a regular basis, but don’t have the time to complete the task yourself, then the “Unlimited Updates” add-on is for you. $24.95/month.

WHAT IS THE LODGE PLUS $100 GIFT CARD "REFERRAL PROGRAM"?

The Lodge Plus “Referral Program” is simple and to the point. Refer another lodge to Lodge Plus, and ask them to mention your lodge and contact name upon sign-up. After they successfully sign-up, we will send you a $100 gift card of your choice from Gift Card Mall as a thank you! There is no limit to the amount of referrals we will pay out on. Please share the benefits of Lodge Plus, and we will share the love in return.

WILL LODGE PLUS HELP ME COLLECT DUES FROM MY MEMBERS?

Absolutely. Your Lodge Plus website integrates with all the common payment gateways. We can integrate with PayPal, Stripe, and Authorize.net to setup sign-up forms on your website with different price points (annual, monthly, one-time, etc). Your members are organized in to membership levels that you specify when we build your website.

CAN I SEND PRIVATE UPDATES TO MY MEMBERS?

The Lodge Plus Admin has tools for posting news direct to your website. With a click of a button you can make your posting private so only your members can view it. We also provide an email console where you can easily send all (or a select few) of your members direct email messages.

Canceling your Lodge Plus website is easy. Simply request program cancellation from the Lodge Plus Customer Dashboard or contact one of our support reps.
